I Really Don't Need Much...

I don't need a fancy date.

A walk in the park would be enough.

I don't need a candle light dinner.

A movie with pizza would serve just fine

I don't need roses and cards

hugs and kisses express it all

I don't need diamonds or some sort

A simple thank you is all I want.

I don't need a prince on a white horse.

I prefer a knight in shining armor.

But I don't need a warrior

I need a friend who will be there 

I don't need a present

a constant appreciation would be enough

that doesn't require much but why is it so tough?
